a popular quote being passed by generation to generation and has been said millions and billion times.I still re-coll when i still in grade five and even in my first year high school life,we,studied the philippine's history.I was amaze to the braveness of our heroes just to set our country free from the alien invaders.
Nowadays few of the filipino around the world are ashamed to there blood.Many Hippocrates pretend to be a foreigner just to be famous and to be respected by others they are thinking that they social status will be the same as the one they are trying to portrayed,but the real face fact is that they are just making there self smelled like a dead fish!!! be shame to your self no matter what happen the blood being run to your body is still filipino.Yes you may hide it for a long time ,but you will die as a filipino no matter what happen.When the darkness time of you life happened you cannot asked for help in the country your serving for they may refuse you for your not a really true blooded citizen of their country.But instead the philippines will be your last breath!!!(i mean your last hope).
So if i were you i Would stop pretending..
lets go back to my main topic the youth! while I was walking around the street my attention was caught by the some teenagers trying to smoke,drinking beer,and trying to sell there own flesh's well i can't blame them rather for I know that this is there way-there way to forget the tons of burden,hunger and poverty they are facing in that very moment.There parent can't send them to school for there money is just enough for a one meal and that meal will be there first and last meal in that day.And sometimes sleeping is the only way for them to forget hunger.
If Rizal is just alive i think he will surely be disappointed and and will just invite the alien invaders to invade us once more.Just to save our county's problem.
before i end my column i just want to leave a question"who will be the nation's last hope if we(filipino)are ashamed of our own country and nationality? |
